Seller Specific Terms and Conditions

By listing products on Mike’s Marketplace or using our services, third-party sellers agree to the following terms and conditions and our privacy policy:

  3. Order Fulfillment: Sellers are responsible for fulfilling orders promptly and ensuring that products meet the quality and specifications described in their listings.
  4. Customer Service: Sellers must handle customer inquiries, complaints, and disputes in a timely and professional manner.
  5. Returns and Refunds: Sellers must adhere to Mike’s Marketplace refund policy and any additional policies outlined on the platform. Sellers may set their own refund policies, but they must be clearly stated on the product page. If no refund policy is provided, the default refund policy of Mike’s Marketplace applies.

  8. Prohibited Items: Sellers may not list or sell any items that are illegal, restricted, or prohibited by Mike’s Marketplace.
  9. KYC Compliance: Sellers must comply with KYC (Know Your Customer) regulations by providing accurate and verifiable information about their identity, business, and products. This includes, but is not limited to, providing valid identification, business licenses, and any other necessary documentation to confirm their legitimacy and ensure the security and integrity of our platform.
  10. Timely Payment: Sellers agree to timely payment of all fees and charges associated with the use of Mike’s Marketplace services. This includes:
  • Commission/Payment Processing Fees: Must be paid on a weekly basis.
  • Subscription Fees: Must be paid on a monthly basis.
  • One-Time Payments: Must be paid at the time of purchase.
  1. If payments are not made in a timely manner (within 3 days), the seller will receive a warning. If not paid within 7 days, the seller’s account will be frozen and another notice will be sent. After 15 days, a final notice will be sent. After 30 days, Mike’s Marketplace reserves the right to take further actions such as legal action or selling the debt to debt collectors, as applicable by law. The seller will be responsible for any additional fees that arise from such actions, including late fees.
